Players have a gross contract but are paid on a net basis, meaning
taxes are deducted from their salary before payment, and the contract
amount may change with tax rates.
The risk of late or unpaid salaries is low; players typically receive their
salaries on the same date each month, with delays being rare.
Returning to the Netherlands was a deliberate choice for me. The

aligns perfectly with my style, and I believe it’s the ideal environment
to continue my growth as a player. The passion and understanding

I loved playing in Holland, and I loved the intensity of
training. I learnt a lot of things on and off the pitch at Ajax,
where they take care of little details!! I find the Dutch league
is the perfect league for young players to develop before
they explode, enabling them to be ready to play at other top
clubs in Europe.
